⚠️ Important notes before purchasing
Try Before You Buy: We strongly recommend requesting a trial account before purchasing a long-term subscription. If you’re not satisfied during the trial, do not proceed with a paid plan.
No Refunds for Slow Internet: If your internet connection is unstable or slow, you may experience issues with the IPTV service. In such cases, refunds will not be granted.
Device Compatibility: If you are unable to set up the service on your device(s), this is not grounds for a refund. Please ensure you follow the setup tutorials and guidelines provided on our website.
Mistaken Purchase: If you have purchased the wrong plan (e.g., paid for a 12-month plan instead of 3 months), please create a ticket titled “Payment Error”. Our support team will evaluate your request and process a refund if applicable.
No Refund After 7 Days of Usage: Refunds are not accepted if your account is more than 7 days active since the subscription was activated.
